The PARLR Academy is a custom-designed, two-year program specifically tailored for recent cosmetology graduates and newer stylists seeking comprehensive education. Our curriculum is taught by a master hairstylist with small class sizes, providing personalized guidance as you prepare for your career as a junior stylist on our floor.

Participants will attend a full-day class once a month, focusing on practical exams and hands-on learning. Alongside the classes, you'll gain valuable experience through assistant work, including salon upkeep and client services such as hair washing and blowouts, after completing our initial blow-dry course. Additionally, we encourage hands-on learning and allow our students to perform haircuts after 1 year of being a student on our floor. 

Upon graduation, you'll be ready to work on the salon floor as a commissioned employee. This two-year commitment also includes the expectation to join our salon staff after graduation, setting you up for a successful career in styling. This program is ideal for individuals who are passionate about building a long-term career at PARLR on our hair team.
